The first guild in the city of Temma, and still among the largest.
The guild's aim is to act as a trade association for general merchants, and especially for exporters of wool and importers of velvet, silk and other luxurious fabrics (mercers).
The guild's motto is "Honour, Faith, Credit".
The guild's hall is Mercers' Hall, located in Ironmonger Lane. Mercers' Hall serves as a bank, and its vault is notorious for having terrible guards that sometimes cause pain and sickness in people who study the building too carefully.
