The party first met Edwin when he was working with the Piercers and part of an apparant plot against the Mayor. After foyling his initial plot, and taking his Book of Shadows, the party learned he actually works for the Mayor while conspiring against him.
Edwin tried to hurt the party several times, unsuccessfully. It seems he helped the Mayor and the 13th Man strike an alliance.
He is a villain and apperantly a warlock.
The name "Edwin" means "rich friend".
